For many of us, communicating our needs and how we are feeling can be very difficult at times, even with those closest to us. Whilst attending the group therapy sessions we aim to help you understand your particular style of communicating and dealing with conflict, to identifying strengths and weakness in your current approach and ultimately to provide you with strategies to communicate effectively.
