Albury Wodonga Private Hospital
Part of Ramsay Health Care

Our History

Established in 1979, Albury Wodonga Private Hospital started out as one ward with 35 beds and two operating theatres. Over the years it has grown to become the region's largest and most comprehensive private hospital facility boasting 96 beds, seven Operating Theatres, a Day Surgery Unit, Mental Health centre as well as offering a wide range of diagnostic and support services.

It is now regarded as one of regional Australia's most progressive hospitals.

In recent years extensive refurbishments have been carried out in the hospital to ensure it continues to meet community health needs and expectations.

Not only has the hospital grown in both size and services, but the Ramsay Health Precinct is now a true ‘ONE STOP HEALTH SERVICE' as increasing numbers of our health partners join us on site.
