Your opinion of your experience whilst a patient in our facility is very important to us.
By completing our Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire located in your room, you will give us feedback on our service. This provides an opportunity for you to tell us about your experience and suggest areas for improvement, if necessary.

Patient Complaints
If you are concerned in any way about any aspect of your treatment or care at Albury Wodonga Private Hospital, there are several ways you can inform us. You can ask to speak to the Nurse Unit Manager or Hospital Supervisor who may be able to address your concerns and needs quickly. The Director of Clinical Services and Chief Executive Officer are also available to speak to if required.
